“I always take my vehicle here for my state inspection. Recently I noticed a horrible rattling noise and thought it was a rock or something loose. I’d just replaced my brake pads and rotors so I knew it wasn’t that. I went to BC Tire and asked Brent if they could look at, bays were full, they were clearly busy, but right in the parking lot they jacked it up, took off all the tires, put them back on and told me that some of the bolts weren’t screwed on when I had my rotors changed! They just screwed them back on. He didn’t even charge me! They’re always very friendly and efficient and honest!! I recommend them anyone who needs work on their vehicle or just for state inspection! My mom changed her car place and goes to see Brent now!”
“We’ve brought our vehicles here, to be worked on, for years. They do a good job for a fair price. Mark’s Garage also does North Carolina vehicle inspections. I like coming here for that service because they are quick and they have a large parking lot. Other places that offer inspections have little to no place to park while you wait.”
“My driver's side window went down but not back up..Not good news during rainy summer evenings without a garage! Had to wait a couple of days for part to come in, but they got the window up in case of rain during that wait. Quick, efficient, friendly, thoughtful (covered seat and steering wheel during work), and very reasonable. Will definitely recommend and use again. Thanks!”
