This post office frequently marks items as "delivered to parcel locker" when they in fact have not been delivered at all. At first packages would appear a day later, like someone was trying to finish their shift of deliveries a bit sooner but now it is taking 3+ days after things are marked as delivered which is completely unacceptable.

This unacceptable and I’m shocked at the Postal Service will allow this behavior to keep on continue when it comes to deliveries yesterday I got a notification that my packages were delivered. I only received one of my packages that was in route and the Other was not delivered but when I looked into the app, he told me that both packages will be delivered today. So now I’m thinking what happened to my package because it was scanned and I’m assuming if it doesn’t show up today that one your car did it And I would hate to take Post Office due to behavior and professionalism when it comes to your workers

Our mail is delivered to a bank of boxes, so we have to go pick it up. Because of a disability, which prevents me from driving, I need to occasionally order Carrier Pickups. Our Carrier comes to pick up the packages, but doesn't bother to also bring our mail at the same time. They are only open from 9-noon, then after a 2 hr. lunch, they're open from 2-5!

Usually I visit my small (and I mean small) Browns Summit post office when I'm in a hurry and need to drop something in the box outside. The other day I needed stamps. They have very limited hours. That is a downside so be conscious of your time. They close for lunch from 12-2pm and they close altogether at 4pm. I always like to buy pretty stamps. They don't have as big a collection as Greensboro but I was able to buy 3 sheets that are very cute. The best part of my visit was the postmaster who served me at the counter. She had the single initial Q on her name tag. She was super friendly and we chatted for a few minutes. This is the great thing about living in a small community.

I have been registering complaints about the carrier since 2019. Never any real resolution.The carrier refuses to deliver packages because of my dogs. I have lived at my current address for over 25 years and have always had dogs.The carrier claims it started when my dogs were "turned out on her". That is in no way possible. I am a responsible dog owner and would never"turn my dogs out" on anyone. My dogs are contained in a well maintained 5 foot fence in the back yard when they are outside. It is nowhere near the front porch that the packagesshould be delivered to. There is no reason for the carrier to be tossing packages and not delivering to the front porch.The Post Master at the Browns Summit location told me thecarrier had been the victim of a dog attack. I think the carrier is in the wrong job if her fear of dogs is that great that it prevents her from properlyperforming her job.FedEx, UPS, Wal-Mart, Door Dash, etc.... have no problem what so ever delivering my orders to my front porch.At one point we did agree on placing a storage container on the rock wall located around my circle drive for the carrier to place packages in. Thisworked for a short period of time.Packages at this point once again are tossed out the carrier's car window onto the rock wall. Last week she tossed a $200.00 windshield for mymotorcycle. Completely unacceptable. She also continues to write "DOGS" or "DOG OWNER" in red sharpie on all packages. Security camerasare installed all around my property. More cameras are being installed at the circle driveway to track delivery activity. The carrier has figured out to throw the packageson the section of the wall that is currently blocked by bushes and from the view of the camera located on the front porch.I would pick the packages up myself but it's not very convenient for a working person to do so when the Post Office is only open Monday thru Fridayfrom 9:00 am to 12:00 noon - closes for 2 hours and then opens back up at 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Impossible for a working person with regularoffice hours to make it to the Post Office during those hours.The carrier is undependable, not reliable and most days the mail is not delivered until well after 4:00 pm. It's quite evident when there is a different carrier doing the route when she is out.Packages are delivered properly and the mail comes way before 4:00 pm when a substitute carrier is working.I would just like to have my packages delivered to my front porch, not the stone wall around my driveway and for this carrier to perform her job.

I'm very confused on why when I visit my local post office in Kernersville (that is I assume regulated by the same authority that the Browns Summit post office is) they provide me with assistance on taping my pre printed return address paper...but when I visit this one, the lady tells me I need to purchase tape for $3.99 bc they don't offer tape for labels here. She was not friendly at all and not personable. All I needed was a little tape. If it's a rule at one, then it needs to be a rule at all.

You wonder why people are frustrated wit the US Postal Service. This location only works 25 hours a week and gets a 2 hour lunch break! Can someone explain why? Most folks work 40 hour a week!

This informed delivery is horrible, for 2 days in a row i ve had parcels supposed to be delivered but no delivery.

I've had a fairly good time at this establishment, I've never had a bad moment from any of the staff. I like one of the personell the most, at the moment I cannot remember her name though. She's awesome, and very friendly!
