I reserved my unit but when I arrived with my life packed into 3 trucks, they had given my unit away! They had nothing available and tried to send me to another facility in a completely different city! So, what was already a super stressful situation, as moving in general usually is, I had no where to put all of my family's things while we are building. The girl there, Samantha, who also took my reservation, had nothing to say other than the other person who works there must have messed up. Wouldn't give me the only unit available because it had been reserved for someone else, who was not there with their whole life packed into trucks. They could have given them a call and see them to another city. Horrible experience. Mover beware!

Impossible to do business Here! Try to set up a storage unit and was told to come back the next day due to the fact that trash needed to be cleaned out of one available.Asked about using the highly advertised free truck on move in, and was told that the battery was dead... No big deal because I was told that the owner was fixing the truck when he came to clean out the unit the next day. Printed information sheet and drove back the next day. Told that I need to go back home and fill in all the information sheet and send via email, as in person giving of information, she didn't know how to deal with...WHAT..!!?? Was told that the owner didn't feel like cleaning out unit or fixing truck. Also claimed that I need to insure their unit or purchase their insurance... News flash, it's not up to me to provide your insurance!! Got tired of the run-around and obvious incompetence laziness so I told them to keep their unit and left. Gladly took my business and money elsewhere. This is one of the most half-a** businesses I've ever dealt with! You will save yourself a bunch of aggravation by just finding a storage facility with some basic common customer service skills!
