Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!

I paid them over $750.00 for a new fuse box for my truck. They said it would be in in about 2 months. After waiting for TWO YEARS they said it's in a container someplace and that they could get me an aftermarket one in two weeks. That was over a year ago. I personally don't believe they ever ordered one and that they are stealing $750.00 from me.I was able to find a new one from another nationwide company. It's now installed and works perfectly.I'm now looking to take legal action to get my $750.00 back.Don't ever trust these people!!

Ed’s Collison in Broadway, NC is the BEST PLACE to go to get your car fixed if it has been in an accident. Actually I am sure it’s the best place to go no matter what you need. They made my car beautiful again on two separate misfortunate times The body work was excellent!! The first time they repaired my car was excellent so I went back the second time. I even live in Florida but wanted my car repaired by these people. They all GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO BE KIND and to keep you informed about what is going on. They take care of everything for you so there are NO WORRIES AND NO SURPRISES.Services: Steering & suspension repair

In November 2021, I took my vehicle to Ed's Collision Center for repairs after a deer/automobile accident. Approaching 4 months later, my vehicle still hasn't been repaired. The auto repair shop did not complete the repairs agreed upon in the provided estimate and funds distributed to them by my insurance company. I have reached out to them multiple times without success. My windshield still hasn't been replaced and Ed's Collision still has those funds in their possession even though I asked for that portion to be refunded to me. The paint applied to the hood of my vehicle has raised areas in it and the shop applied painted over paint chips visible to the eye. The dented gas lid has never been replaced and the office representative (Sadie), stated it was an oversight and they would make the necessary repairs. You can hear a whistling sound from the driver's side door area. The driver's side fender/bumper area that they repaired has a gap in it. There is overspray on my passenger side window, bumper, and door. They kept the vehicle 2 weeks beyond the agreed-upon time because they didn't order a clip for the bumper costing me additional money for a rental vehicle. If you want your car back in a reasonable time frame, take it someplace else. Keeping it for 2 months for a fender bender is ridiculous.

On June 24th 2021 my fiancé hit a deer. The next day we went to Ed’s because my fiancé’s family has been doing business with Ed’s for a while and they “supposedly” do good work. We get there and Sadie was very knowledgeable about insurance and even saved us $200 on our deductible. A few days go by and our insurance adjuster wanted to see the damage in person so I met him at Ed’s and after the look around of the vehicle I left the vehicle there. I didn't get to experience their workmanship but I'm sure it's amazing as their customer service is just incredible. Google had listed them as a place to get your state inspection done which they don't do however the young lady that I talked to went out of her way to give me several places that would do inspections in a timely manner. She didn't have to but she went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of this customer service is kind of unheard of in some places today for that reason alone I think that I will use them in the future for any auto collision repair that I need

Ed’s Collision is the type of family business you wanna keep alive forever. USAA is my insurance and they were absolutely the worst to me regardless of their unsubstantiated claims to be military friendly. Ed’s on the other hand did above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and dealt with a incompetent USAA in the most professional way. I’ve never went to a company and been so blown away by their fantastic customer service and great work. If you get into an accident you know the place to go! Hopefully I don’t have to repeat this incident but if I do I’m worry free that I’ll be 100% satisfied.
