The owners are very nice and awesome people, I stop in there at least 3-4 times a day and there’s never a time I visit that they aren’t nice and smiling always welcoming me in and telling me bye and be safe. Kind words go a long way these days.

In recent months my husband and I have fallen on some really rocky times. Miss Kay, Miss Joy - Assistant Mgr. & Tiffany - Manager know our situation and have been truly kind, warm, and concerned both toward us and for us. Having this place, somewhere that I myself have been frequenting since I was a small child and it was the Zip Mart, to walk to at least once a day, even if it's just to get a cup of water, which is free, btw, if you have your own cup and don't get the chewy ice in it, and see other people, just for 5 or 10 minutes, has been a real blessing in our lives. Thanks to those ladies and all that they do to make Jimm and I feel like we're still human. ?

Very good customer service people. Opens a second register the minute they have people lined up. My husband had to come in for a receipt since the machine failed to print one for our gas. The lady politely offered him a free coffee or fountain drink because he had to come inside for our receipt. This has never happened to us, and trust me many time those print outs fail when pumping gas. Good for you Handi Mart for going the extra mile with customer service.
