Not happy with the service here - have mailed packages internationally unsuccessfully twice in the last few months they have been coming back due to errors from the people working there. The staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. Have spent almost $100 and my clients can’t receive their packages, have to go out of town now to mail these. Don’t recommend!

If only there was a choice of zero stars. Does anybody actually work at the Brevard post office or do they purposely ignore the phone calls. Poor customer service to have your phones fixed to where after so many rings, It just cuts you off. Would like to complain about my carrier who does not deliver the mail, as I have informed delivery and therefore know what is coming in my mail every day, but can't do that because no one will answer the phone at the Brevard post office.

Absolutely horrible! Says they cannot deliver package and return it to USPS facility. I have had multiple items delivered to my home with NO problem with UPS. I will avoid USPS at all cost!

If only I could give zero stars..... Consistently delivers packages by placing them on top of the mailbox and claims they have been placed in the mailbox. I guess they don't care about security of people's packages. If there's more than two packages, the third package just gets marked as "customer requested to pick up" and doesn't get delivered. Too lazy to drive the 30 ft up the driveway and put the packages on people's doorsteps, Can't call a phone number and get a hold of anyone. You get the automated system and then get transferred to the operator and then get a busy signal and have to hang up and try again... Zero way to get a hold of them without physically walking into the post office.

All the employees are super friendly and helpful except for Kimberly. I’ve run into her about 3 times at the post office and every time it seems like I’m annoying her. Not a great experience when she’s there.

This is the worst Postmaster in the history of the United States Postal Service.I have personally requested information and assistance numerous times over the past 5 months. I have been ignored.I just witnessed another lady being denied any assistance. She has been trying for over a month. She has tried to schedule appointments to speak with the Postmaster 5 times and has been ignored. I overheard her at the counter … while postal employees shrugged saying no one could help her.Zero assistanceZero attempts to find solutions

We have had more than one package make it to Brevard and then mysteriously “disappear” with no explanation. When we contacted the post office about it they were very rude and unprofessional. Most recently my package was delivered and clearly not placed in the mailbox and the mailbox was left wide open. There was mail and another package inside that was clearly visible so it wasn’t someone trying to take it. We live on a road where it would’ve been easy to take it and leave so no reason for someone who was trying to steal it to drop it and not take anything else that was in there. This post office is a joke.

I tried numerous times over a span of 4 days to call them about a package that was sent to them with an old address. I no longer live in brevard. I just wanted to see if I could update the address or possibly if I could just come in to pick it up.They would not answer, and the one time they did they picked up the phone then immediately hung it back up.No "Hello?" No nothing.I have never left a review before and I was really excited about my package. I'm very disappointed with this place.
