As an ex-employee who worked here... The service is good, at least from the people I worked with. However, the prices are beyond egregious. And the employees are given no benefits and a non-living wage to live off of. Not a great combination.

Several times now, I've used The UPS Store for printing needs, and I've never been disappointed. Especially grateful for Maddie who went the extra mile to help me with my most recent projects. Excellent customer service and a professional eye for details.

I would like to give a very positive shout out to Jasmine at our UPS store. If you need a sign or banner, let her help design it. I gave her a basic black & white draft, and she created a fantastic colorful and eye catching sign. If you want a creative sign for work or personal use, go see her. Also, every staff member I had contact with during this process was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Thank you for a great experience. Andy at Free Rein, Inc.

The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. Returns are easy. My only complaint is that the store always smells SO strongly of fragrance (air freshener I’m assuming). I’m usually only in there for a couple minutes and it makes me sick. Please remove this smell!

ALWAYS friendly and helpful service. They recommend alternatives which is great. Very efficient, seldom line more than 2 persons. If there is a line, counter staff is very fast.

We travel across the country. This is one of the best UPS stores that we’ve encountered. The staff were very efficient and accommodating. They even notarized our absentee ballots for free.

I brought several items into the Brevard, NC to return to Amazon. Except for one of the items, the remaining items were returned without issue. The one item that was not processed correctly is lost and cannot be found. I cannot file a claim with UPS because UPS says the item was never entered in their system as received.

I went to the Post Office today and realized it was closed for Columbus Day and then went to the UPS store in BREVARD, NC and was helped by an awesome young lady named Amber. She showed me all the options available to send my paperwork and the varying costs and was very pleasant to work with!
