Several times now, I've used The UPS Store for printing needs, and I've never been disappointed. Especially grateful for Maddie who went the extra mile to help me with my most recent projects. Excellent customer service and a professional eye for details.

TRACI the manager is really nice and just helped return an Amazon order by taping up the box for me, and everything. 5 stars, no notes!

The staff at this store are very friendly and helpful. Returns are easy. My only complaint is that the store always smells SO strongly of fragrance (air freshener I’m assuming). I’m usually only in there for a couple minutes and it makes me sick. Please remove this smell!
