“My car was shifting terribly so I brought it here for a diagnosis. He took one look at it, called Ford, and told me the thing that was broken was under recall and told me to go to Egolf but that the part was under a 1 year waitlist. He didn't charge me because he said it took him 5 seconds, plus the call to Ford, and that I already had enough to deal with.I went to Egolf and they said the waitlist was finally over and they'd be able to fix it in less than a week!!! Egolf also said it may need a new clutch but that we won't know until they replace the broken part. If I do end up needing a new clutch I will DEFINITELY go to Brown's.AMAZING customer service, both on the phone and in-person!!! The diagnosis took a day or two longer than initially quoted, but I fully understand it's a small, specialized garage and I have literally no complaints whatsoever, just praise.GO. TO. BROWN'S. ???”
