“Don and Ed were so excellent with both my dogs! The dogs are pretty shy, and Don and Ed were able to pick up on that immediately and did everything they could to make them feel more comfortable. When I came to pick them up, they let me know that they washed them in the same tub and groomed them on the same table so they wouldn't be so nervous. I was so impressed with their dedication and compassion. They have excellent prices, phenomenal turn around time, and my dogs (one long hair, one short hair) look and smell great! I live in Georgia, but I will definitely come back up next time my pups need to be groomed!”
“Megan is your go to person here...she's a great employee who cares about the customer. She needs a tractor supply hat for her great job of helping her customers. Super nice and friendly service!!! Would definitely visit this store again even though it's farther away than the Hendersonville NC store.”

“Grateful dog is great! A little on the pricey side. I have a blind dog and I couldn't find the drops I was looking for. They are the only place that had them. Her eyes are doing better.”
