If you need compound prescriptions this is your place. Everyone is super helpful and the pharmacist knows her stuff! I get bioidentical hormones and they work magic! So no more grumpy me and my husband thanks you. I pay out of pocket since I dont have insurance. The price is well worth it with piece of mind I'm not on a pharmaceutical to boot. Highly recommend! Ask for Kristy Henson and tell her I said thanks!

I've lived in Brevard area for 7 years and never had reason to use a pharmacy. Had to get a compounded cream, and comparison shopped Metcalfs against Asheville Compounding Pharmacy (which is where my Doc says most people get this prescription) I was pleasantly surprised to find Metcalfs was 1/3 less $ and also much closer to me to boot! When I went to get my script, the folks there were super nice and answered a number of questions I had. I always deal local when possible, and was glad to see my home town pharmacy was both competitively priced and able to help me when I had a special requirement. Thanks Metcalfs!

The staff is caring and informative. They recently hosted a talk by Dr. Lefler about LDN (low dose naltrexone) This little known generic drug has changed my son's life. At 19 years old, he couldn't remember when he didn't ever have pain and after 2 weeks of taking LDN, he is virtually pain free. Besides chronic pain, it can help with a host of other problems. If you aren't familiar with LDN, ask them at Metcalf or get the LDN Book and learn more. It could change your life or someone you love.

For several years I've been spending my summers in Brevard and I made sure that I had my prescriptions refilled by Steve Metcalf rather than locally ( on the Mississippi gulf coast). He has by far the best service and prices I've run across at any pharmacy.

This small time pharmacy has no oversight and is dangerous to its customers. I know many people can be lured in by the "home town pharmacy" mumbo jumbo but don't be fooled. This pharmacy is staffed by a pharmacist and pharmacy techs that would be fired from any respected chain pharmacy. The pharmacist Steve Metcalf is pompous and arrogant. He and his team and their "Compounding" should be shut down. They advertise "Filling Prescriptions since 1998" It should say "Learning nothing new about pharmacology since 1998". They are focused completely on billing you and your insurance for every dollar they can while hiding behind the "home town pharmacy" scam. Edit: I would like everyone to note how Mr. Metcalf used a 5 star review for his own business to respond to my review. Also one of his employees has given a 5 star review. These are just more dishonest practices from a dishonest man running a dishonest business.
