Excellent store! Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and always willing to assist you with any of your small engine or equipment needs! If you're in the lawn and landscape business, you're doing yourself a disservice if you do not utilize all they have to offer!

Outstanding service at the Brevard store! We are from out of town and needed to do some work at our family cemetery. The team at McNeely’s Brevard location were helpful in setting us up with the correct equipment to do the job. I recommend them highly!

McNeely's is simply the best! I reserved a Bob Cat for a particular date and I got the date wrong. The folks at McNeely's went way, way out of their way to deliver the equipment to me on a Saturday, even though I mistakenly said I needed it for the following Friday. I was only there in Brevard for a couple of days, so this was hugely important to me. They pulled the situation out of the fire for me. Thank you McNeely's!

I have shopped in this store a number of times - purchased a Stihl chainsaw, rented a tile saw (not at all a good experience - blade was worn out and it never should have been rented out per employee when I brought it back but they did provide a rental credit). I was in the store last week for a quick purchase and what strikes me as odd about this store is the employees never appear to have any enthusiasm. Truly they are so low key it is almost depressing. Also last week, not a single employee had a face mask on, not one. Perhaps the fact I did so was part of the less than enthusiastic response I received. Wearing a mask protects me as a customer in addition to protecting their employees. I guess they are not that concerned.
