Once again, Lowes lives down to its name. I was just there checking out in the self service line when a Lowes employee came over and interrupted the checkout process. I was purchasing 3 small items. As I scanned each item, I placed it in the bag that was below the items. The employee said she didn't hear the beep for all 3 items even though all 3 were properly scanned, beeped when scanned, listed on the display, and placed in the bag. Once she touched the items in the bag, I had no interest in purchasing those items and left them with the clerk. I reject being treated like a common thief. Management of Lowes needs to provide proper training for their staff. I know retailers are having theft problems but treating honest customers like common thieves is not the solution.
Oh yes, the total price for all 3 items was less than $10. Well done! You stopped an honest customer from spending less than $10.
Update: Thanks for the response but the information you need to address the situation has been already provided here. When a Lowes employee touches a bag, I have lost control of what's in the bag. I don't know what they may have put in or taken out of that bag. I have taken the action step of shopping elsewhere.

On7/31/24, I needed help and the salesman, NED, stopped what he was doing to help me. Took me to the correct location to find the toggle bolts I needed and he and another salesman, JOE, explained how to use them as I am on my own Thank you to these two guys for being so helpful.

We bought some stuff for our cabin about a month ago. We left and came back. Decided we didn't need. We can't find the receipt and we now have new debit cards with new numbers. Figured we would just return and get some other household items with the store credit. They told us we are stuck with the items. I run a remodeling company in Florida and this petty amount of money just cost Lowes thousands in revenue. We won't spent another dime in Lowes.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized and if we have a project that we are unsure about the staff is able to help us figure it out.

Went to get some flowers for a family member.
Very disappointed in the condition of the flowers and plants.
Many seemed to be in poor condition, which was surprising, as I've never seen this before at Lowes.
Maybe it was a fluke?
Ended up going elsewhere for the flowers.

Lowe’s is terrible. I have tried TWICE to have flooring installed and they have dropped the ball both times. I had scheduled them to come measure my kitchen for flooring but they never showed. When I called the person I spoke to could not have cared less that I had to take the day off from work to wait for workers who never came. I’m out a days pay because they never did what they are supposed to do. Do NOT waste your time and money there.
