On7/31/24, I needed help and the salesman, NED, stopped what he was doing to help me. Took me to the correct location to find the toggle bolts I needed and he and another salesman, JOE, explained how to use them as I am on my own Thank you to these two guys for being so helpful.

Staff is always helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well organized and if we have a project that we are unsure about the staff is able to help us figure it out.

Went to get some flowers for a family member. Very disappointed in the condition of the flowers and plants. Many seemed to be in poor condition, which was surprising, as I've never seen this before at Lowes. Maybe it was a fluke? Ended up going elsewhere for the flowers.
