When I let the pharmacy know that my prescription got sent to the wrong place and what it was they were working on getting it and filling it for me. I called them a second time to see if they had gotten the prescription from the other place they said they didn’t and that they would call them again. And after that second time, I went by there after I ate in the store and they were working on my medication they had gotten it.

My meds said they were ready to refill on the app so I put the request through. Go to pick them up only one got filled which is weird cause I always get them filled same time. Well they proceed to tell me new policy? Which okay but why did one get filled? I was confused and this hateful woman the white haired lady, goes well we can just unfill them and you can get them when you get your others if that’s how you wanna be. Mam all I was doing was trying to make sense of the situation and I get hateful responses. I will certainly be changing

Unable to get through to talk to the pharmacist about a prescription before taking it. On hold for a long time and no one picked up. I finally just hung up.

Unsatisfactory customer service. Pharmacists do not fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Staff will lie to prescribing doctor about prescription availability to keep business.

Love this store! It has Everything!! Even the Ladies Room has fresh flowers!! The frozen area is huge! I've never seen a frozen area this large and so much variety! So impressive! Every area .. so much! The Deli area is something else!! Areas to order: Chicken ( The BEST CHICKEN!!), Chinese, Subs. Pizza, Sushi, Sandwiches, huge Salad Bar, Olive Bar, Chicken Wing Bar, 3 Soup Stations, and I'm probably missing more!!! So much variety of prepared foods! Theres an area to eat that food, too! There's a beautiful Cut fruit area, Best Deli meat and cheese area! The Poultry meat area is as big as some stores...whole meat area! Bakery area large, too! I'm from California originally... and I've Never seen a grocery store as nice ... anywhere there as this!! I have to admit some of the prices are high... as most all grocery stores are now! But... I do great on sales there!! Also, get points or rewards on each dollar..that reduces your gas purchase at their gas station!! Tuesday you get more rewards!! I love this store! You won't be disappointed!!

I was hiking so didn't have my ingles card. Tried to use my phone number to look up account but it didn't work for some reason. Asked if they would please give me the sale prices since I didn't have my card. They said nope, had to open a brand new card to get the discounts. Seriously?!?!

n violation of law, Ingles does not require customers to wear masks. Today at the Mills River location, 3-4 young men were hanging around the fresh food and bakery sections, laughing and joking without masks. Their spittle landed on the food I had been planning to buy. I did not, of course. A man in a Coast Guard cap wandered through the store unmasked, handling food and coughing. He checked out, maskless, spraying his viruses all over the checkout area. Despite obvious violations of the law, both in full view of the managers and staff, nothing was done. Other grocery stores enforce the laws to protect customers, but Ingles does not. Maybe it is politics. But I do not want to die for Ingles' beliefs.

This Ingles is usually a good place to shop. All of the nice things people have said in other reviews are true. BUT... the person who bagged my groceries today was wearing his mask under his nose. When I pointed out that doing so did not protect him or me, he said (1) My beard is too big for me to pull it up and (2) It will be ok. Neither of these things are true. His refusal to be careful puts everyone around him at risk, including the very careful young woman working the cash register, who stands next to him for hours at a time. The management of Ingles should not tolerate this.

This is a nice grocery store, so this review is solely about the cafe area of prepared food. I've tried the BBQ, which was cloyingly sweet, to the point that I couldn't eat it. On a different visit I also tried the Asian food- beef and broccoli and vegetables, which were overcooked and very salty; these were also inedible. I would not recommend anything from the hot bars, as the food is really terrible. On the other hand, the deli sandwiches are well made and the bread is fresh and very good.

Asheville moving company is grateful for your free moving boxes Employees are always so awesome the store is always so clean I have been shopping at Ingles since I was riding in a buggy in Burnsville North Carolina I can't imagine how much Ingles has done for my community my neighbors constantly giving back even the moving boxes you could sail for cardboard maybe two or three send a pound but no you choose to give back having this boxes at the door shows immediately what a given company this is space and a grocery store is available I can't imagine what that space is worth at the front door even I don't know that it gets more valuable I have learned in life that being a giver seems to be the secret the more you give the more you receive Bob Ingles obviously got this lesson early on what is success story thanks for hiring Jim Lanning to follow in your footsteps
