To begin, the hybrid Maverick truck is a truly unique find. The size, features, build quality, gas mileage, looks, etc... are very much in line with what we wanted. I applaud Ford's creativity and ingenuity here. I knew the demand was high and there would be a wait time when ordering the Maverick, which was not a problem. Egolf Ford was very easy and helpful to work with and made the entire process very pleasant and hassle-free. Our sales representative, Kristen, was very helpful throughout the process and Rick, in Finance, made all of the paperwork and actual purchase a real breeze. Picking up our new truck was convenient, quick, pleasant and easy. We are very happy to have worked with Egolf, and really appreciate shopping local, both for the convenience and relationships that are part of the process.

The lack of professionalism in regards to employees is absurd!!! If you ever wonder why the turn over for employees is so high in this establishment no need to dig too deep. They claim to treat you like family. We guess I’m right at home!! Over looked, unappreciated, thrown out like trash.
