Work quality is really great and work speed was pretty fast. Only negative thing I have to say is be prepared to be treated horribly. The owner and his son were nothing but rude to me from the time I dropped my car off to the time I picked it up. Even with me paying for the car completely out of pocket. If this isn’t something you care to deal with this place is a great quality body shop.

I went here yesterday to get an estimate on the damages from a car accident. First thing the old man is rude. Had an attitude with us the minute we walked in. His son Matt was ok. They acted like they didnt want to touch the car. Then told us that they wouldn't touch it because who the other driver who hit us had for insurance. Thanks for wasting our time

If I could give Ralph 0 stars, I would!! Save yourself time & headache & steer far away from this shop. My car was with them for 6 MONTHS w/ absolutely NO communication. After trying to get Farm Bureau to move my car from this shop to another shop they wouldn't. At the 6 month point Ralph calls to let me know my car was done. I went to pick it up and took it to N Main Auto for them to check it out for my peace of mind. SO THANKFUL FOR THEM. They looked it over after insurance paid over $13,000.00 to Coachworks and it wasn't right. They hadn't painted the car when they were paid to, they were paid to put a new grill on & didn't, they cut wires, left parts in that weren't attached. It was a mess!! After all this Farm Bureau sent another adjuster over to N Main Auto & they totaled my car. Farm Bureau took care of me as well as N Main Auto but Coachworks did not!! He doesn't do the work he's paid for and doesn't care about his customers.

Coachworks has now done 2 vehicles for us. The workmanship is excellent. Wait times are horrible thanks to the covid bug and supply chain issues but this is no fault of the shop.

I went there today to try and get an estimate. I told the man at the counter that I was looking to get an estimate on my car and he was completely rude and acted as if he didn’t even want to give me an estimate. I said, you know what? Never mind I’ll go with Myers, and proceeded to walk out. Only then, did he want me give me an estimate but by that time it was too late! I don’t care how good the work is, if the customer service sucks, I’m not doing business with you. I can tell by his attitude that he’s not from the area. I’ll be sure to do some advertising for the place though.

I took my vehicle to him to repair a tow hook we had damaged after making a turn too sharp causing it to not be tow able. Decided to have some dents along the side fixed as well since it would be in the shop. Picked up the vehicle and went to tow it behind our rv the next day. By the end of our DRIVEWAY the damaged tow hook as come undone. Thank goodness we noticed as soon as we did and the vehicle didn't come undone while going down the 55 MPH road a short distance away. Called the shop immediately and had to drive it there. Drove it to the shop. Owner was not apologetic and said eh yeah we'll make it right. Had to drive the vehicle instead of tow it 14 hours round trip. Called him when we got back and his "we'll make it right" is now oh you buy the parts and I'll do the labor... Our original repairs were over $4,000. Thank goodness no one was killed due to this shops inability to make safe repairs.
