It was a Sunday afternoon and there was only one rep. He was already dealing with one customer when we got there. He tended to us when the other customer had completed their purchase. The rep was very good ? No complaints.

I just switched 5 lines over to AT&T, from a provider I had been with for over a decade. I have never had such quality customer service as I received in this office. The staff went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. I highly recommend!

Got to thank C.J. for helping get my phone up and running. We ported our number over from xfinity... glad to be out of that service! There were some quirky things going on with the move over but he was super patient and helpful. All is good now.
