“Mr. Reynolds was very kind and his shop is beautiful. My husband and I purchased two rings on 6/1/2022 and that was also our 31st wedding anniversary. He kindly gave me the beautiful butterfly hand towel that I was also going to purchase as an anniversary gift. The previous remarks regarding him following customers around, I understand because he has a lot of small items that could be "lifted" easily, however, we did not feel intruded on at all. As far as, the complaint of children; I understand that one as well, this store is packed with beautiful china and expensive glassware. I have raised four boys, children can be bulls in glass houses if left unattended or interested in picking things up. If you want elegance, here's your store!
