“I called Zack's Towing because my 2016 Prius would not start. It was parked in the garage, and I wasn't sure what the problem was. I called the Toyota dealership and told them about the message on the car display screen which said I had a low auxillary battery. They advised me to have the car towed to the dealership where they could diagnose the problem. When I called Zack's towing, Terry answered the phone and went to a chat room that described the situation with my car. He felt certain the problem was a dead 12 volt battery in the car and NOT the hybrid lithium battery. He came to my house and tested the 12 volt batter which was dead. He was able to start my car with his battery charger. He also went on line and found a 12 volt battery to fit my Prius, and I was able to go get the battery that day. It was installed later that afternoon. My car works fine now. Thanks to Terry, I was able to get the car fixed the same day. I didn't even need his towing service after all, but he is the kind of person that goes above and beyond to help folks out regardless if there's anything in it for him. That's the kind of employee and business that I want to use and recommend to all my family and friends which I shall do. They deserve the highest award for service.”
