Great clerk that looked up what I needed on the computer. Unfortunately they only sell cheaply produced vitamins at a significant mark up, and nothing that can actually be trusted.

Andrew was so nice yesterday. As a prescriber I had a nightmare experience trying to send a prescription to the sugar mountain location. My patient was willing to drive an hour out of her way on vacation to this location. Andrew did everything that Todd at the Walgreens said he were too busy to do. Andrew parted the sea and angels sang. I hope you get every green light on your way to work and both sides of your pillow be cold.
Ps: Todd from the sugar mountain Walgreens location. If you're reading this... I hope you always get the water that collects at the top of the ketchup bottle. Be more like Andrew.

Just shut the place down since it’s constantly temporarily closed. The workers here are so inconsistent anyways.

The pharmacy "supervisor" talks to people like they're imposing on their day. I had called to ask a simple question. Next thing I know I was transferred to a different person who would NOT give me her name. I listened to her but as soon as I tried yo ask a question, BOOM! "If you would stop interrupting me you would know". I ask her to please don't be rude to me, "I'll be smart with you if I want to". I ask her for her name, "I'm 'THE SUPERVISOR". Asked to speak with the manager, "What part of I'm the supervisor don't you understand ". I say so there's nobody above you, "how about I just ban you and you can't fill your meds here anymore". My favorite part of all... Can I have your corporate number, "You have Google, use it". Wow!!! Store manager calls me after the complaint I filed. Said she couldn't just ban me from there. Steps have to be taken in order to ban someone. I informed him that she had already called my Dr and told them to not send my meds there anymore. He said he'd look into it and call me back. Never heard anything back so called corporate again today. He just called. Well, now that I have filed a complaint against someone I don't even know, they don't want to fill my kids anymore! We need to put Walgreens outta business period! They make their own rules up as they go! Definitely won't go back there for anything! Changing all my meds from Walgreens!

I'm going to add my name to this long list of customers who think this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The female Pharmacist was so incredibly rude. After waiting in line for my prescription that wasn't ready, and then further waiting for my prescription, I finally heard them call my name. The line was now even longer and I mistakenly thought this was like the post office..or even the DMV... where you wait a long time initially and you get to go to the front to finish the transaction. Boy was I wrong. I was told to go to the back, as there was a single line for everything. The pharmacist proceeded to yell out that I'm no more important than anyone else, and that I have a sense of entitlement. Literally berating me to the point where a gentlemen on line said her remarks were totally uncalled for. I asked if they were aware of how bad their reviews were. I was told they were aware and they DIDN'T CARE. She said it's entitled people like me that leave those bad reviews. And since I have never left them a bad review, I am taking that as an invitation to leave my first one. Given that my experience is similar to so many others, it may be time to address some of the issues at that location. Because when this many people have the same experience, there is clearly a problem.

The manager is the least helpful person that I have had to deal with in a very long time. She was unable to solve a very simple problem.

This pharmacy is not punctual. They tell you 1pm it’s not ready until 2:30.
They fail to communicate properly when they are out of stock of medications.
Went to grab a drink and it was out of date.
After getting fed up after years of being frustrated, I discovered that other pharmacies in the area are significantly cheaper on all 3 of my medications

Took a week to get covid results back. I only got them because I called and come to find out, their machine broke and it came back inconclusive. They didn’t think to call and tell me so I could retest and return to work and classes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Being that I can read, I am well aware that the store closes at 11 pm. I came in around 10:45 to grab certain items, not to browse. From the minute my boyfriend and I came in, we were followed by the same middle aged female employee into each aisle we went. She kept coming up to us and asking if we needed to know where anything was, and I let her know I knew exactly what I needed but thanks. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed at me when I told her that. When I say she followed me, she literally did. And then crossed her arms at me and stared. I can hear the announcements that you’re about to close; I also know what time it is. I have no intention of staying past that time. I could understand if it WERE past closing for an employee to approach you, but for her to follow us aisle to aisle with an attitude and repeatedly asking us questions like what type of payment we were using and to overhear her complaining to coworkers that she wanted to start breaking her till down but “those two” are still here, was really rude and not necessary. I’ve worked retail, and I work in the service industry now. I understand the shifts are long and you’re ready to go home, but those doors weren’t closing until 11, whether I was there or not. I got to the checkout counter at 11:58 and paid with my card so we were out the door right as it turned 11:01. I spent about $100 and felt like they wanted nothing but for us to just get out. Like I said, I’m sympathetic but I don’t believe the actions and eye rolling were at all necessary as the store would’ve closed at the same time whether I had come in or not. She would’ve gotten off work the exact same time either way. It’s pretty simple to just be kind to people and not make them feel like like they’re a total POS for shopping during store hours. Also, just to say, had she not been following us or asking questions we could’ve finished sooner, not that we did anything wrong by finishing at the time we did. Maybe she was having a bad day, and if so I do hope that it gets better. But this experience just made me feel annoyed that I had to give them $100 of my hard earned money to be treated like an idiot.

Spent half an hour on the phone trying to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Take your money somewhere they actually want it and care about you.

Folks in pharmacy were helpful. The app is horribly constructed and unreliable.
