The carrier refuses to deliver packages to my house. He claimed this package was undeliverable because the driveway was not accessible. When I confronted the postmaster she said that he stated my mailbox was full. It wasn't, and the package is too big for the mailbox so he just didn't deliver it. After the conversation with the postmaster, I received a redeliver notice in my mailbox saying I was unavailable, again. The redeliver notice had some options to check. Pick up myself, redeliver, and leave the item at my address. I checked redeliver, and leave at my address. Asked for a day, I said Sunday through Saturday. Because, there is someone at the residence 24/7, and I have 6 cameras watching the house. Then I went and put the notice in my neighbor's mailbox and raised the flag. Why did I put it in my neighbors you ask, well, earlier this year he hung a package from my flag and broke it. How do I know this, because I found my package on the ground in a bag with my flag. Back to the notice. So the next day, he moved it back to my mailbox and put it in a magazine. I speculate he is trying to hide the notice. So I talked to my neighbor and asked if I could put the notice in his box again. He was good with it. Yesterday, when I came home from work I noticed a piece of paper on the ground in front of the mailboxes. Not to my surprise, It was the notice of redelivery. The post office stated the Fleetwood carrier is a contractor, and they can't do anything. His name is Leslie Horton. Since the carrier destroyed my request form that was in the mailbox is that not a federal crime? Isn't it a felony? Is there any way to charge him? This kind of abuse needs to stop.

Luann who works in this office should not have a job in customer service. Among mail not being delivered to our street because of a bees nest that is nowhere in the mailbox, this lady decided to be extremely rude and tell me that every person on our street better come get our mail. She also told us she can hold our mail from us as long as she needs to. Unprofessional. Also, the post office is the only ones who have access to the back of our box. Instead of notifying us, they decided to be lazy and take a few stops off the route.

I am not sure why this location has low reviews...I have ALWAYS had a positive experience when using this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even if a staff member is "not feeling it" that day....they are never rude. I am thankful for all the help they offer with any postal needs.

I have never had so many delivery issues in life since having to deal with this particular post office. Last night in the driveway, in the rain is where they left my 3 day delayed package. Just do your job better. Called and the supervisor was very kind and understanding.

Least efficient mail service location I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had countless packages delivered to my neighbors, be delayed for several days, etc.

Packages left in yard. Not delivered. Call talked to postmaster. She told me it was my fault they were put in yard. Called to complain about postmaster and it turns out you can't. Have to love customer service. Staff in main building is way understaffed.

Road has been deemed too "unsafe" to deliver packages to residences, although the carrier drives a truck with 4WD while I drive a sports car with 2WD and have zero issues. This person is just too lazy to drive down the road, so I have to find time to pick them up from the post office. Before they decided my road was too unsafe to travel down, packages were left on top of cluster mailboxes which are directly on the side of the highway, including when it rained.

The employees were not wearing masks. There is a mask mandate in Boone. Will not return to this place.
