Terrible connection, my family is done paying anything towards spectrum unless your gonna have a service that ACTUALLY WORKS! you know a wifi provider is supposed to PROVIDE wifi? Not have a service that goes in and out whenever it damn well pleases get your shit together

I was one of the few people with reception during Helene. Was letting people use my phone as a hotspot. Got an email saying I had reached my limit with no option to extend. Turning off or throttling services during an emergency should be illegal. Shame on spectrum, and I can’t believe the owner had the audacity to copy paste the same response.

Understaffed and Under skilled
I was just visiting to drop off my modem and router after disconnecting my internet service because I have recently moved. I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped, and multiple other customers who checked in after me were helped before me (I guess they used the information I provided at check in to give my a low priority in the queue).
Then when I actually was being helped, they asked to see my ID *AFTER* already having my account number (remember, all I'm doing is dropping off their equipment. I guess they struggle with all those no good people trying to turn in extra equipment?)
I would leave zero stars if I could.

Had a great experience with knowledge staff. The manager stayed late to help us figure out a complicated case, and to help with an influx of customers. Would be happy to come back.

The staff are rude and don’t understand basic customer service skills, which would be excusable if their knowledge of mobile devices were adequate to make up for it. Spoiler alert, it isn't.

After reading some of the other reviews, I was skeptical about this location. My experience here was great. The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Emma went above and beyond to correct some issues and help get my internet setup after some move related errors.

I would walk across the country to another location of Spectrum before I would deal with the manager and employees of this location. The manager/employees don't know the facts of how spectrum moblie works. I spent four trips to the store (I live 35 minutes away and made two trips in one day) to work on getting my phones to work on the correct lines. Told me I would have to pay the remaining balance of the payment plan off to put the phone that had the payment plan back on the phone line. I left the store because I had to find out how not to do that. I called customer line for spectrum. Thank goodness I did. Within 30 minutes, the customer rep / repair department has my phone back to the right line without paying the contract off. Why didn't the brick and mortar store know how to do this? The manager needs some serious retraining. And that one employee who thought they knew it all just needed to be fired. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Or just drive to a different location.
