Terrible connection! I live in a small apartment and only get WiFi connection in one room. I called customer service to ask what the issue was and they told me that the WiFi router isn’t strong enough to provide connection for the entire apartment. Customer service was very rude and didn’t offer me any suggestions other than to get a new router that’s better.

TERRIBLE customer service. I received no notification that my automatic payment failed. They shut off my internet with no warning and when I called them to figure out what was going on, they claimed they sent me multiple letters (I did not receive a single one) and that they called me (I even checked my call logs and there was NO phone call at that time, not even a missed call or a voicemail for a call that hadn't gone through). Their customer service is horrible and I feel that nothing was resolved.

Deceptive billing practices. Reassured that the installation fees would be waved, then a week later received crazy bill from the exact person I have been reassured from for “Labor”. They just change the name of it. Could never get any quotes for price of the services until they slammed me with a bill for thousands of dollars. Please be aware they use deception to sell you the services then rename the installation to charge you. Contacting the BBB and legal advisor.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new SkyLine SkyBest 300Mbps Internet service, which is delivered via new fiber infrastructure just installed in our neighborhood. The installation crew couldn't have been more professional, competent, or nicer, and did an amazing job trenching fiber to the house and completing the installation using the existing home wiring, which resulted in a super neat/clean installation with no additional wire. They also managed the installation like clock work, with the first crew trenching in the fiber, the second crew terminating and testing the circuit at the side of the house, and the last crew completing the inside installation and configuration/test of the router.The service is delivering better than the 300Mbps speed expected, which is without question virtually life changing out here on a mountain top in the Meat Camp district, just 20 minutes north of Boone where Verizon, Spectrum, and other large providers offer service that make the Pony Express look efficient.Thank you SkyLine SkyBest for coming to the rescue, making internet service an affordable reality in our rural ecosystem.
