My sister and I were in town and found the shop. I’ve never been in a shop with so many patterns! Wow!!! I found some beautiful fabric and my sister did too. Look forward to going back there again.

What a wonderful store with a great selection of fabric, patterns and notions. So many choices and the ladies working today were so helpful. We arrived at the store several minutes early so they opened up. I selected fabric for a couple of projects. They also have a very good selection of Kimberbell fabric, patterns and everything to go with the projects.

FABULOUS SERVICE!! I'm from out of state & my iron gave up the ghost. I searched online for a reasonably priced Laurastar Xtra Lift Plus & found it at Sew Original Boone NC. I ordered it a couple of nights ago & messaged the owner. I received an immediate reply that -even though they were experiencing a snow storm in NC - they'd order the iron. Well, today I received my beautiful Laurastar Xtra Titan iron. I thank the owners for their immediate and perfect help! Wish I were closer by to stop in and pay a visit but his review will have to do for now! Wonderful people.

I was excited to go to this fabric store, but left disappointed. There were four women in the back at a table chatting, no one looked up to say hello, can We help? I browsed around for 30-40 minutes. Other customers came and went and most were treated with courtesy but no one ever said a word to me, not hello, can I help you, good bye,

Selection was full of useful materials, but I wasn’t greeted very warmly and was watched like a hawk by one of the ladies near the back. This would not have been a problem had a woman not come in after me and been greeted with a wonderful conversation, and the worker and person did not seem to have met before. Felt very exclusive and like I was not welcome.

OH my, I was with a quilter, it was great to walk around and get ideas for my sister who is a quilter, came away with several nice gifts.Another great thing they were teaching a class of young girls the art of quilting. Beautiful, passing on a wonderful gift and trade for the future of Quilting.
