2x I have only gotten step one of the highest cost wash and it stops!!! No one there to repair or refund. Very unhappy customer!! Update the owner has compensated for the lost washes. Great customer service!! Very fast response to emails. Thank you!

Weird smell in the wash bays. Smells slightly like sewage. Other than that - does what it's supposed to do! Chemicals all seem to work. Wash is kept in good condition and trash emptied regularly! Owners are responsive and helpful! Changed to 5 stars!
