“Closed. There is a sign on the door that says they are renovating and hope to be open again Aug 28, 2023. The sign also says drug store drive thru is open. 4 stars just to be nice. Will plan on stopping next time we are in town. We really like to try the local places.”
“Straight up the best pharmacy experience I've had in over a decade. Just moved back from Raleigh and got a rash around my eyes so I did a teledoc appointment and got 3 prescriptions. Boone Drug was literally the only pharmacy option I had and I just picked the one I would be able to locate, so me ending up here was completely random. My brother warned me last night my prescriptions might be more expensive here without insurance, and double checked GoodRX I was expecting the total to be over $80 at CVS. I was scared and expected the total here to be around $100.
I called the night before to check something and someone actually picked up the phone and didn't act like I was imposing on them for the call.
Today, there was no line. Secondly, the tech doubled checked that I did not have insurance and then applied a savings program Boone Drug uses instead of GoodRX. The total was $37 and change. Less than half of what I expected to pay. Thirdly, I needed a consult with the pharmacist and she was incredibly kind, intelligent, and invested in making sure I had all the answers I needed.
This was hands down the best customer service experience I've had this year overall, and definitely the best pharmacy experience I remember ever. Y'all genuinely just earned a customer for life. Thank you. ?”

“I am getting over a terrible case of Covid. My poor youngest child is coming down with it and naturally we run out of Claritin D late on a Saturday night. As today was the first day in 3 days that I could even get out of bed, I found myself running around Boone half sick, looking for a pharmacy that could authorize some Claritin D for me. Grace lived up to her name- not only was she patient with me gasping in at the minute, she was kind and understanding. I really want to switch our meds to Publix now! You all are so kind and professional and I've never had a bad experience here! Thank you Grace! You are such a diamond!”

“I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this CVS, but yesterday was a challenging day to day the least. It was pouring rain (by the buckets) out, so just getting to the store was a feat. The computers at self-checkout went down and the young man (attendant) up front was so courteous and kind. Even though I was there longer than I anticipated, he made the time pleasant! He was very helpful and kind.”

“I love this store and the staff, been shopping here for over 20 years, today the florist made this beautiful hand bouquet for my daughter in law, they made it extra special and it was a really great price. The florist even thought about putting in a blue flower ‘something borrowed something blue’, I think the blue flower is: White Anemones commonly symbolize innocence, purity, and sincerity, making them popular for events like weddings and baptisms.
