I am from out of town and have gone to New River twice with car trouble. I received outstanding service both times. Yesterday, Josh Greene carefully explained the situation with my transmission and brought me out to the garage to show me the issue. He promptly and expertly replaced a part and I was good to go! All of the staff I encountered have been friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this auto repair service!

The entire staff are incredible!!! Scott and Jennifer are amazing people!! They are fast, courteous and extremely knowledgable. I had a situation with an AWD vehicle that had me in a pinch. They remedied the situation and the all hands on deck approach had me on the road in less than an hour. Highly recommend New River Tire and their expert technician's abilities in the high country.

Spent 15 minutes waiting on hold just to ask about tire availability. Hung up and never got through. Do business elsewhere, they clearly don't care about customer service.
