This is the first negative review I've ever taken the time to write and I went back and forth for weeks about whether or not to write it. My daughter has had good experiences at this salon in the past, but the last time that we went (to have acrylics removed) the man who took them off hurt her and damaged her nails in the process. Instead of soaking her nails before removing them (like normal) he simply trimmed them and used a fake nail to pop them off one at a time, taking some of her real nail along with them. I wasn't sitting with her because they were so busy and all of the chairs were full (which is probably why he rushed and didn't remove them correctly) or I would've asked them to stop. She is extremely shy, but she did express to him that it hurt. His response was "Oh, you don't like having nails taken off?" After popping off SEVEN nails she was in enough pain to ask him directly if he would soak them, so he did soak the last three. Her nails hurt for days. Like I said, it's been weeks and her nails still look horrible. We won't go back.

Jc did absolutely wonderful on my nails ! I had a harder design and she was fast and made sure it was perfect !

They don't listen to what you want. My daughter just left she asked for tips with GEL polish he kept saying ok but kept putting on DIP she asked repeatedly for him to stop she wanted gel and he kept going ignoring her. To avoid confrontation she paid anyway 120.00 for something that she didn't want. He had the polish all over the sides her nails and finger tips are on fire and they look like a child did her nails. I quit this place last year when they continued to cut and cause my toes to bleed they are sloppy and ignorant and definitely don't need a business Now she won't ever go back. It would be nice for them to close and a GOOD Nail Salon to open on Boone Mall Horrible excuse for a Nail Salon they should be happy they got my daughter and not me I would have walked out half finished and went to a salon that was competent to fix their mess.

My sisters and I had been working in the garden and wanted to get manicures to tidy up our nails. We should have read the reviews prior to picking this salon. One of my sisters was finished so fast….no massage, peeling polish that same night. My tech was more intentional but in looking at the polish job, it is bubbly and peeling. All a big rush to get back to their cell phones.

The dirtiest nail salon I have ever been to in North Carolina. They do not sterilize/ sanitize their silver tools, or nail files. None of the drill bits used were new, none of the buffing blocks or files were new. There was nasty residue, splatters of who knows what, and acrylic dust from prior clients everywhere, in which not a single chair station was clean. Nail technician was decent, but never washed anything or our hands in the process. Prices on website are not accurate at all, and they try to scam you for $10 or $20 extra dollars, whatever they can get.

Asked me if I was from here first then proceeded with pedicure. Never asked me which pedicure from their choices but I already knew I wanted deluxe with mud wrap and said deluxe to the gentleman for the pedicure. Did not get the deluxe but rather the classic. Charged me $40! Only when I spoke up did I say I asked for Deluxe but got classic. They nodded. Didn't change the price. It took me quite a bit of arguing before they adjusted the price. STAY AWAY and yes, I am from here!!

our nail techs worked fast and were very helpful !! my tech realized the color i chose was semi-transparent and asked me if i wanted that or to choose a different color. i definitely wanted a solid color so i was so thankful he tested it first. the shape is gorgeous and my hands are happy !

Got my nails done this weekend here and I asked for nail tips and they proceeded to charge $80…my nails look ok but they speed through them and I can see so many mistakes. They should have specified how much it would be AND what they were going to do. Which they did neither. My mom and I were disappointed.

Terrible! We paid 50 bucks each for a 50 minute pedicure that lasted 20 minutes. They didn’t get any dead skin off and barely massaged our feet and legs 60 seconds. The polish was off my toes before we even made it home.Service: Pedicure

I have been to this salon off and on for years. I’m very quiet and never like to complain, but I had been about 3 times in the past 4 months and the first two visits were great, except for a cut I received on my cuticle. She didn’t say anything, just put some green stuff on it and kept going. This last time I wanted the SNS polish removed and not put back on to let my nails rest. I had them paint my nails with regular plush and it was so old and gloppy that he had to add something to the bottle to thin it out. My nails were horrible. I also wanted the gel taken off my toenails, but he said he would save me some money that they didn’t need to be redone. He cut my toenails and didn’t file. When I checked out he charged me over $50.00. Now granted, I’m use to paying around 90.00 to 100.00 for my dip nails and gel toenails which is very high, but all he did was remove the dip on my nails, cut, file and rough buff. He then painted with the gloppy polish. I looked up their prices and for all he did according to their online pricing, I should have only owed him around 30.00. I was very, very disappointed and won’t go back.
