We went into Mattress Firm Boone NC several times over several weeks. We were blessed to have the services of Brandon each time. Brandon is extremely knowledeable of all the merchandise and answered all of our questions clearly. He is honest, not pushy, very patient, and when spending the most money we have ever spent on a bed at 77 yo his pleasant friendly personality topped off our experience of making this important decision. After visiting other stores and on line for hours we know we made the best decision. Awesome experience. Thank you Brandon!
