The absolutely worse customer service of any company I've dealt with in years. They sell you an appliance, take your money, and then you're on your own.I purchased a washer dryer stackable for which I paid over $2,000. Was given a delivery date. Nobody called me the day before the alleged delivery or the date of delivery. I waited from eight in the morning till eight at night and nobody came. I tried to call Lowe's but you have to wait a half an hour for any calls to go through and calling, the store is a nightmare because nobody answers in their Appliance department. After calling the 800 number twice and being on hold for 30 minutes each time only to be disconnected and not called back, I had to go back to the store which was a 40 minute drive for me and talked to the manager because the appliance sales people were clueless and told me they couldn't do anything because their delivery is a third-party but they can take your money!!!so the delivery was rescheduled and I had to take another day off of work, but this time they actually came.

Let us know when your plywood saw is in working condition. Pretty disappointing to drive all the way here and be greeted with this failure.

Cancelled my refrigerator purchase from Lowes due to their trying to deliver a damaged refrigerator, and not showing up for a subsequent scheduled delivery. I refused delivery of the damaged refrigerator and it never entered my home, it went back to the warehouse. Then they rescheduled delivery and didn't show up. So I cancelled the entire purchase from Lowes. Dealing with Boone Lowes has been a nightmare. They wanted to give me "merchandise store credit" in the amount of $3,034.08 instead of a refund against my USAA Visa card. Fortunately, USAA has taken the charge off my bill (pending an investigation). In dealing with Boone Loews they seemed confused, untrained, and unhelpful.November 10, 2022:The continuing saga of my attempted refrigerator purchase at Boone, NC, Lowes:The particulars are as follows, the email I sent to Lowes Corporate:1) I purchased a refrigerator at Boone, N.C. Lowes on 10/21/22 in the amount of $3,034.08 on my USAA Visa card.2) Upon delivery, they uncrated the refrigerator and it was badly dented in the front. I did not accept the damaged refrigerator (order number 449201452/Invoice number 91813), but phoned and asked if another could be delivered the next day. They said they could do this, and that they were in stock. I was home all day the next day and Lowes delivery did not show up.3) I phoned Lowes and cancelled the order, explaining the circumstances. They asked if I wanted Store Credit cards for the refund. I told them that I wanted a refund on my Visa card. They agreed to do this.4) While waiting for the refund to come thru on my USAA Visa card, I received Fed Ex packages with Store Credit Cards. I phoned the Boone Lowes and spoke with the assistant manager, Josh. He asked that I come into the store with the cards and my USAA Visa card. I did and he took the Lowes Credit cards into his possession. Kayla at the Boone, N.C. Lowes processed the refund.5) Lowes then took my USAA Visa card and said that they processed a refund onto my USAA Visa card and gave me a print out which had the amount on it and the word "return". The assistant manager, Josh, assured me that the issue was resolved and that a refund will be forthcoming in the amount of $2,994.08. He gave me the balance of $40.00 in cash as it could not be refunded to my USAA Visa.6) This evening I was checking my USAA Visa account online. A charge for $2,994.08 appeared on it as a charge and not a refund. I called USAA and spoke with a representative and she verified that the $2,994.08 was a charge by Lowes in Boone, NC and was not a refund. She said that USAA could do nothing and that I would have to resolve it with the store.7) I phoned the Boone, NC Lowes this evening and Josh was off for the next couple of days, so I spoke with Kayla, who had processed the refund. She said that she had refunded the amount and her records show it was refunded, but that she would call accounting tomorrow.8) I respectfully request that a refund be transmitted to my USAA Visa account, post haste, in the amount of $6,028.16 (the amounts of $3,034.08 and $2994.08), which have been erroneously charged to my USAA Visa charge card by Lowes in Boone, NC.

Worst customer service ever. Husband purchased grill there were numerous already assembled on site was told delivery would occur this week Friday between 8 am and 8 pm. Called this am spent 45 minutes trying to get help was hung up on had one employee say he had to help another customer would be right back which was a lie. Finally connected with Brian in delivery who admitted part of their difficulty was due to their typo incorrect input of our phone number. He had the gall to tell me I "needed to be patient" after the 45 minutes of chaos. Told me delivery should happen today but to call yet another number to verify. There Joshua verified delivery today between 8 am and noon and to expect 30 min pre delivery call. Waited all morning at 11:45 called delivery only to be told the grill is actually located in Asheville I assembled. The number of lies we have been told from time of initial purchase until now are too many to count! Totally unacceptable!

7-1-2022: Went in to get refrigerator ice maker tubing kit. After asking 3 different people where this was located without success and making 3 trips all the way across the store based on there directions, I finally came in contact with a representative that wanted to send me to a previous location that was recommended. I told him he could show me, or I would go somewhere else. He finally found the product and i asked him if the saddle valve could be used on PEX and his reply was "YES". I thanked him for his help and started toward the check out. On the way, I was reading the back and it specifically stated, "NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEX". I should have known better!

Second visit in a row with TERRIBLE customer service. Asked an associate where to find the loppers. Sent us to the tool area. No loppers. Asked an associate there. Sent us back to first guy. He was standing next to them. Was this is a prank? Get to cash register. We're both veterans. My friend asked about the veterans discount. In a very snotty tone, she asked "are YOU buying this?" I told her that no one was buying it NOW, so she snatched it away and and told us to "have a nice day" in a mocking sing-song tone. Trust me, the Lowes in Boone couldnt care LESS about customer service. All the love for veterans is nothing more than virtue-signalling nonsense. They pander with NO intent to actually provide. Go ANYWHERE else.

My worst experience ever. Bought a Cordless Zerro vacuum for $449. It was in a box that was strapped and an alarm on it. When I got home there was vacuum in the box. I got a funny look when I came back with the empty box. I was told to go back and just get another. Guess what? There was not a vacuum in that box as well as the last one on the floor. All strapped, all having an alarm on them.I would suggest if you buy anything from them in a box, you open it and verify the item is in it.
