Our installer/Trainer LUKE, was very professional and personable to work with. He was very efficient during the install process and developed a quick and positive relationship with our wild man dog TBONE. The fence barrier will give us piece of mind that our dog is safe and content within his boundary.

Luke has been our trainer for our four very different dogs. Two Golden’s, one 9yrs, one 10 mons, 1 Havanese (the troublemaker) and a Cav, both rescued. I explain that because look what a mess Luke had to deal with from the start. He was personable, the dogs took to him right away. The three sessions went great. Luke answered all our questions and figured out the troublemaker right away. How do you sum up Like, knowledgeable, related to the dogs and my husband and me. Great trainer great company.

Nathan Cranfill did a wonderful Job and even came back out to adjust. Very caring and understanding and Ginger really liked him. He did a great job would definitely recommend him

We have a 6 month old puppy who had taken to wandering off with other dogs. When we found him, he was having too much fun to come to us. We went with invisible fence because it looks better and is cheaper than building a fence around the whole yard. Also, a friend has had an invisible fence that has worked well for thirty years . Nathan, their representative, came when he said he would but was unable to install the wire that day because he would not be able to cover up the wire slot since the ground was frozen. He returned at a later date, laid the wire and trained the dog. He was prompt, polite, professional, answered all our questions and did a great job. The dog picked up very quickly where he could and could not go. The indoor station has saved our shoes from being chewed. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wishes to keep their pets from wandering.

Service is exceptional. Product is excellent. Ryan, the sales person and installer was punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. When I had questions about battery life, Ryan was out within a few days to test the collars. There was no issue with the product. More likely the concern arose out of (my) human error. We live in a rural area and the terrain where Ryan laid the wire was pretty rough, but he did so with great expertise. When a chainsaw accidentally hit the wire, Ryan returned and replaced it, no questions asked. Our dogs stay close to home now and have learned the boundaries easily enough. No more roaming! We are very pleased with the product, the service provided and our dogs' change in behavior - all around our experience has been very positive.
