The store itself is beautiful and very well organized; however the man in the deli who made our sub sandwich this evening was not friendly or helpful. He seemed like we were bothering him. I hate to tell him that making sandwiches is part of his job in the deli, and from time to time people might want to order one.

It's a nice, clean, friendly grocery store and they have the best cut up fresh pineapple. It doesn't have a lot of stuff that I have to cut out of it.

Convenient location & nice parking lot. Store is well laid out & has good selection. Restrooms need to be maintained and updated. My biggest complaint is staffing. I visited twice today, once around 8 pm and again. At 10:30 pm (forgot something I needed). Both times, there was one very young female staff member running the front all by herself. The second trip, the line was at least 8 people long. I am not complaining about the line, though many would. My concern is for this young lady’s safety! When we left the store the first time, there was a homeless person sleeping under the eave of the building & there was clearly no security being provided. Other staff were deeper in thr building stocking and cleaning, but no one near the cash register right at the front of the building for security or back up. It felt unsafe and sketchy to me. I sincerely hope that this young lady moves on to a work environment where her safety is a consideration.

Employees always sit in front of the door and block accessibility managers and workers are rude and do not care when asked if the employees could move.
Managers were asked if the employees had a break room and if they could be somewhere other than the entrance because they make passersby uncomfortable, the response was lackluster and rude

They didn't have several items which I commonly find in other stores and their prices are significantly higher than I find elsewhere.

Nice grocery store with a large selection of different grocery items like a Kroger or similar style store.

My wife wanted to walk around Ingles so I was down for the experience. I was shocked to see different items you can't find in your typical grocery store. I love the classic old school look felt like I was in supermarket sweep. Will drive from Winston-Salem to get my groceries here.
