Our experience with Home Bound Moving Co for a full-service, long-distance move was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly endorse them and wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They made what is typically a daunting and stressful process into one that was effortlessly smooth – consistently surpassing my already high expectations.From the initial contact to the final delivery, Anthony and his team were incredibly responsive, thorough, efficient, careful, hard-working and professional. They were also honest – their quote was fair and accurate. On top of that – they are just very nice people that we enjoyed working with. Anthony & team - my whole family thanks you!!

First mover I have ever used to not only show up on time but we’re actually a little early.The men were extremely careful not to mar any wall or woodwork. Worst moving experience we ever had, and we have moved around the globe and multiple times in the US. Principles were good at packing, but they hired horrible help for our large move. Our items were in storage for 10 months and when delivered, many valuable items were broken, scratched, mildewed and missing after having been stored in multiple locations. I complained about the damage and was threatened with legal action even though I had already paid in full. No boxes or other items were labeled w/ inventory numbers. We were also delivered several items that were not ours which we returned.

First time experience using a moving company and Home Bound Moving has set the bar high!Prepping for the move:We quickly got an appointment for a free quote where they came to our apartment and did a walk through talking logistics of packing items and weight of some bulky furniture or book cases. They were also flexible with us having photos of our 5x15 storage unit to plan packing items from two locations. The quote was an excellent price.Moving day:They arrived early and they know how to quickly move an apartment! By the time I had disassembled the bed, pretty much the entire kitchen and living room was gone and in the truck. They also kept reassuring and playing with our dog throughout the move when she was getting worried seeing some of her stuff go into the truck. They remained in good spirits despite having to keep going to the top floor and the complex not having an elevator. Our 9 hours (3 of which was driving) flew by.Afterward:Loved how personable and flexible they were! We originally had a quote for 2 movers and had 4 movers show up; for us, they honored the 2 mover quote. They offered to help arrange furniture if needed once everything was inside.While I hope to not have to move again soon, I know who my first call will be - Home Bound Moving & Storage.

Anthony and his team are amazing! They recently moved us into our new build. But even before that, their team helped us out at The Loading Dock when we needed lots of heavy furniture moved to open our newest coworking space in Wake Forest! Truly the best moving company I've worked with (and I've moved a lot) - can't recommend them enough! ;)

I have used Home bound moving company twice now, once for moving furniture to a local storage unit and then more recently an in-state move to a rotate unit much further away. The guys did an amazing job thru out the entire process from planning the move with the owner Caleb to the day before the move with a crew of guys coming to the house and wrapping and boxing items to prepare for the move on the following day.The actual move day went incredibly smoothly as it was a little emotional moving 41 years of furniture and memories! Cole and his crew managed to carefully and meticulously load the entire truck before lunch and asked questions along the way to ensure I was satisfied with how things were being loaded.By 5:00 pm all of my possessions were neatly packed into my storage units and ready for the next move! After using other well known moving companies, I will never use anyone other the Home Bound Moving again no matter where my next move takes me, be it another house on Beech Mountain or another state!Services: Local moving

Home Bound Moving moved our furniture out for a renovation and then back in when it was finished. They also picked up and moved in a bedroom furniture set that we bought. Excellent Service very professional and friendly. I had lined up a another company to help me when I was moving out of state and they never showed up! I contacted this company and within an hour they had somebody out there to help me load the U-Haul truck from my condo! Very professional very friendly excellent service and a great price! I would highly recommend them to anyone. My family manages several properties in that area so we know a lot of people that do move-in move out and I wouldn’t use any other company but this one.Service: Local moving

When I say that these guys are ANGELS, I mean it. After using a well known container moving company for our cross country move from NC to AZ, we were left with a 3-car garage FULL of stuff. The container company underquoted us, and it turns out, we needed at least one more 16' container. The container company was no help to us, other major moving companies were booked, and by some miracle, the guys at Home Bound swooped in at the last minute to help us. They were able to move some things around to accommodate picking up the remaining items the very next morning (the day of our closing, yikes), and set off for their own cross country drive with our stuff! They were kind, courteous, EXTREMELY communicative, respectful, professional, and all around good guys. They met us out in Arizona 5 days later with all of our items unscathed- AND stayed to unload our three 16 foot containers. HIGHLY recommend Home Bound!

This is the second time Home Bound Moving Co. has moved me! They are absolutely fabulous. This weekend, Anthony moved me from a one bedroom unit to a two bedroom apartment independently after having a hard day with with a variety of obstacles before he got to me. Despite this, was extremely kind, flexible, patient, and friendly. Anthony offered to wear a mask and was very respectful of my space and needs. Not only did he move everything (even the little dinky things I thought I’d have to go back and get), but he collected cleaning supplies, dog toys, and other things that I had left in an organized manner to making moving easier for me. Home Bound is very communicative and does such a great job. 10/10 would use them for moving again!

I moved allot in my life , but this is the Best moving experience I have ever had !!Caleb was very professional , always on time , assembled the furniture , packed everything very good .No damage to any furniture/appliance , they covered the doors and carpets , very professional !!!The price was very good , no hidden fees or extra charges , they are very honest!!I will definitely hire them again , and recommend them to anyone I know !!This is how Moving should be !!!Thank you Caleb!!Services: Interstate moving

Anthony and his team did a great job! They packed up the whole house and got us moved and unpacked in two short days. Those guys worked hard and took good care of our stuff. I was most worried about our grandfather clock but they took very good care of it, wrapped and packed and protected, it was delivered without a scratch. Would recommend them and use them again.

I’ve had the opportunity to see first hand the outstanding customer service and attention to detail Anthony, at Home Bound Moving Co. has had with his clientele. We worked together in the Boone NC area at a local business, where he and his staff provided our deliveries. Not only were their prices very reasonable, but they were punctual, and genuinely cared about their customers and how they went about delivering their products. I would recommend Home Bound Moving Co. for both commercial and residential moving and deliveries!
