The ability to check in online and see how long your wait is, is very helpful.
Jennifer does a great job, doesn't rush, pays attention to details. I have had other stylists and they have done well also.

Hit and miss at the quality of haircut, unfortunately no traditional barber shop for men otherwise I would go there

Not very good customer service. Made my 7 year old son cry, skip those already in line and I always had to "fix" the haircut when I got home. Go to smart cuts at New Market Center- they are wayyyyy better!

Horrible experience, like many have said , hair dressers child was walking around barefoot and dragging their blanket through all the hair. The child came up to me in waiting area drinking out of spray bottle. Also in cutting area spinning the empty chairs . While waiting after hair dressers were done with other customers there was no hurry for anything, looking at phones and just piddling . Been there about4 times and maybe 1 good cut. I like great clips but worst one ever
