I have the very best experiences here with the gentlemen who work at the deli. Especially Mr. Harold who has outstanding customer service skills. After having a discussion with Mr. Harold, it has been brought to my attention that he is a generational worker for Food Lion. His father was recognized in the Watauga Democrat as being a well recognized and beloved community member before passing away in 2006. He worked hard for Food Lion for many years. I do believe more recognition is needed for valued food Lion employees such as Mr. Harold. Like father like son. I will be returning and I would highly recommend anyone to this location.

Really great customer service! I had an order with my issue (that was ultimately my fault) and Sam was so helpful in getting me what I needed. I place pickup orders here often and I’m always very impressed with the customer service I receive. Keep up the good work!

Nice people and surprisingly not overly busy. Clean. Older gentlemen working saw I had a cane and really tried to assist me. I was ok. I appreciated the care he showed. Well stocked as well!
