Very rude and poor customer service I called 7:40 am on Saturday to see if they had a front tine tiller available for rent the sales rep told me yes that they had 5 I told him I was on my way I arrived at 8 : 10 am and was told totally different that they didn't have one for rent and I had never called the lady manager was very rude with her shoulder justers and the owner was also very rude I have been using them for 40 plus years will not be using them again no respect for the customers

Honestly, I highly trust this business because they have always been true to their word and have always delivered the best results in the end. Trust and dependability are strong factors for me since they are a rare commodity. I will pay more for that type of consistency and values. When I have something that breaks down or needs servicing, they can get it done.

Rented a auger drill at the end of the day for the half day price. It started up when I picked it up, once I got it to the work site I had about half a foot drilled for a post. Auger keep loosing its juice and turned off, check the plug to find it was brittly breaking apart, replaced the plug but still not much sucsess on running well enough to do its job, seemed like it had lost compresion, I was given a refund thankfuly but at the expinse of being told I was to young to even know how to operate a auger haha it was really stupid to have there front desk employee say to my face how incapible he thought i was haha I'm 22 and come from a country back ground. Really funny fella, p.s. they open at 7:30 but thats not open for business thats when the employee pulls into the parking lot, so if you are trying to get early start on your day don't waste driving over early. thxs for the refund on broken equipment and smart comment

Farmer's has a fabulous selection of the world's best products: Stihl, Honda mowers, etc. ... it is therefore hard to fathom why most of the people working here seem to want to be somewhere else, and despise the customer... though they are not terribly busy, customer service seems to be a chore that is not worth their wages or their efforts. THey were beyond snarky and snobbish, and well into "ugly" on more than one occasion. ... :-(

I went in today looking for something to remove a stuck socket on a spark plug, I had been to every store in the area looking for something to get it out. Although this isn't an automotive store, the people who work here were genuinely caring, trying to help me solve the issue like it was their own and offering suggestions. I noticed how helpful they were to all the other customers as well. After visiting every hardware store running all over town, I can say with confidence that these are the guys you want to go to. This is my go to place now.

Farmers Rental and Power serviced my mower and chainsaw recently and did a fantastic job. The chainsaw is running like it's new! Been doing business with them for 45 years and always a great job. Thanks again fellas for your super care and workmanship.

I buy from Farmers because they help me with the equipment I purchase, they'll pick up my mower for service, and they service what they sell. I just had great service from Marcus! I came in for a refill on my string for our weed eater and he showed me how to get the string in. Great service!
