Came in asking for the complete wrong size of tires for my sedan. Heidy, the sweet lady in-front took her time to look at my tire size and find the appropriate price range for me as well. I paid then and there and got my appointment for the next day, and boom, I have my Vehicle already. Now im ready for the winter roads! 5 stars!!

my truck is old and needs a lot of maintinence work on it pretty regularly. out of all the mechanic shops i've been to in boone, this place gives me the quickest service out of all of them.

Our car broke down on a trip to Boone. We asked for a recommendation and were told about this establishment. We could not be more pleased. They were excellent in their care and professionalism. We were fit right in and did not require an extra stay in a hotel. We can give nothing but praise and thanks.

They were able to get my daughter's car in the day before Thanksgiving to replace brake pads and rotors so she could get on the road safely. When the rotors warped a few months later, they replaced them without any trouble! I even asked them to check out some belts that I thought were squeaking and they could have easily called me and told me they needed to replace them, but they said it was the brakes and it was all covered. You can't put a price on honest service, and it means even more when your college kid is in a different town and trying to have work done on her car. They will be our go-to as long as we need service in Boone!

Custom is honest and fast. I always get my inspections here - it’s nice that no appointment is needed.
When I brought my car in with a flat tire last week, they plugged it for free because I bought it from them (5 years ago!).
I highly recommend them!

DO NOT GO HERE, sorry excuse of a car shop. Decided to give them another shot after multiple bad experiences, my bad for thinking anything would be different. Waited almost 90 minutes for a simple car inspection with one other person. Would trust the school of the blind with my truck more than these folks.

To put it simply, the mechanics here do not know how to do basic car work, needed an oil change and to check how much life I have on my break pads before the holidays and came here hoping to get it done as I didn't have time to do it myself before I needed to travel, they got it done I picked up my car and was on my way. To my surprise, I ended up leaking oil all vacation because they didn't screw in the plug, also they cross threaded my lugs when checking my breaks, now I'm SOL and need a whole new hub, thanks Guys you suck

We were in town for the holiday and had some issues. It was a few days before Thanksgiving, but they got us in. Made the repairs really quickly and for a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough

I recently had an experience at this car repair shop, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I initially received a quote over the phone, which I confirmed twice to make sure I understood it correctly. I even asked about the cost after tax and agreed to the estimated total. However, upon picking up my car and paying, I was presented with a bill that exceeded our initial agreement, with no explanation.When I raised my concerns, the lady at the front desk adjusted the price by changing the parts cost, but it was still higher than what I was told. I insisted that what I heard on the phone included both before and after-tax costs, and I was certain because I asked for a price repetition.This kind of inconsistency left me quite wary. If unforeseen issues arose that required additional expenses, a simple phone call to discuss the situation would have been appreciated. Instead, I felt as though I was being presented with an inflated price that I had never agreed to.The swift and seemingly arbitrary changes made to the bill when I pointed out the discrepancy were concerning. It left me questioning the transparency of their pricing.My advice would be to exercise caution when dealing with this repair shop. Honest and clear communication regarding any changes in price should be a priority, rather than altering the cost without proper explanation or consent.
