Me and my boyfriend had an easy time getting a new phone with the help of Joshua at the carolina west location in boone nc at New Market center, he was extremely polite and knowledgeable on all the technology, definitely will be back because of customerservice like that!

I had to get a new phone because mine was going to be cut off because it was 2G...so I went in there and was sold a phone that won't pick up anything at my house, they didn't bother to tell me that it wouldn't make Wi-Fi calls on it...every time I went back to get a new phone the store was so packed I couldn't get in, when I was finally able to get back in the store it had been 14 days and my warranty was up on this phone that is of no use to me so now I'm stuck with a over $100.00 phone that won't pick up anything at my house....worst phone company in boone.

Warm friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Extremely competent and professional employees. No one asked you to wear a mask, but if you choose, you are more than welcome. I believe this company will be Booming with customers. Come as you are. With or without a mask.

My 80 year old father went in to the New Market store for a flip phone compatible with hearing aids. He still works as a BUILDER at his age because he has to and cannot live off of Social Security alone. He was taken advantage of and I am livid. He was sold an overpriced Iphone 7 and from what I am reading, the Iphone 7 is the only Iphone without an HAC rating (for the hearing impaired). He tried to get with Bark but because Bark told him the number couldn't be ported over and he still has a business to run, he needs to keep his number. On top of that, my stepmother was sold an Iphone 11. They neither one use data. They walked out of the store not really knowing what happened and will be paying for these phones for YEARS. All they wanted was a simple flip phone. When we moved from Boone to Virginia Beach, although our contract was up, getting the phone unlocked was a total nightmare. I despise this company. Except for the guys who work at the store on Blowing Rock Rd in Boone, they did not try to sell when I told them the situation. Thank you, Carolina West for fattening up your wallet this Christmas and taking from the elderly.
