I've been using Brad ever since he took over the business. Best Subaru mechanic and probably great with other things too but it is our propensity to buy Subarus that keep us going back to him. Trust worthy. Straight shooter. I always feel like his is giving us the best information and advice possible. He goes out of his way to make sure that my daughter's car, and she is a mother of three, is safe, and gets in and out of the shop as quickly as possible.

This place is fantastic! Brad is a really kind person and very knowledgeable and professional. He was upfront about everything going on with my car (2005 Sub Outback) and was able to fix the issue I came to him for, diagnosing it as a very easy fix rather than the big repair I was worried it would be, as well as a ball joint issue. He NAILED the estimate he gave me for my repairs and did honest and fantastic work. I would absolutely go to him for any car work that needs to be done and recommend him without hesitation!

We are in Boone on vacation and the alternator began to fail on our 2009 Acura MDX. We called Brad at Brushy Fork Auto based on other 5 star reviews. We brought our car in at 9 am and our alternator was replaced at a very fair price by 4 that afternoon. Brads shop is clean and orderly and he is extremely thorough. He checks all fluids and noted potential future problems but also topped all fluids off. We have never had such a positive experience at an auto repair shop.

The best mechanic in town that specializes in foreign-brand cars. It is a one-person-shop, so note that most work can’t be completed immediately, but Brad will provide an estimated time of completion and he is good at delivering on time.
