These guys were AWESOME. Very nice customer service. Very friendly employees and it was the perfect place for us to keep my daugthers stuff from her dorm until she moves into her apartment for her sophmore year. Convenient, friendly, clean and good prices - what more can you ask for?

Prices were raised all of a sudden without me giving the ok or signing an agreement of the new monthly rates. Also, sometimes when we go on weekdays to put things away (we get off at 5pm and this place says it is open until 5:30pm), we will arrive 10 mins before they are SUPPOSED to close but they have everything closed up and gates shut and locked up at 5:20pm even though it says they are supposed to be open until 5:30pm! It is EXTREMELY frustrating to haul everything back home that we planned to drop off after getting off from work!! If the business hours posted say 5:30pm then it should be open until 5:30pm and stop being closed earlier without reason! If you can find another climate control storage facility, use it instead of this one! Not worth the hassle!

Just got our first place here because it was the only one we know of and Boone that was climate controlled the process of obtaining the unit or renting it was very simple and streamlined and expertly explained to me by Josh Brown who was great to work with and showed me my unit everything's indoors private and I got a 10x10 for I believe 105 or 115 and would highly recommend the place
