While in the store, my cart which had my personal belongings in it got wheeled away when I had my back turned. I had to ask the customer service representative multiple times for help before I was able to speak to the manager. The manager was rude and spoke to me like an idiot, he didn't even pretend to care. He refused to check any security cameras despite there being a camera directly in the area I was shopping in. This was a very unpleasant experience and I don't plan on returning to this store.

It took a while to check out. 2-3 people were helping check out, but the cashiers had long, drawn-out conversations with other customers, while other customers waited. It made waiting patiently impossible.

The entire store looks like a bomb went off and could not find items despite their app stating they were many available in store. Unsure why this location remains open. The two employees I could find were not helpful and said they couldn’t help me find the items that their app said they have. Both were engrossed in their cellphones.
