On of my favorite places to shop for deals or that special something. They seemed to be doing a lot of restocking or spring prep when I was in there.

I love Belk' curbside pickup, and their app is user friendly. Their stores, however, are becoming lack luster giving a vibe of a discount retail store and not a quality department store. They still carry decent brands but miss the Belk of yesteryear.

It took a while to check out. 2-3 people were helping check out, but the cashiers had long, drawn-out conversations with other customers, while other customers waited. It made waiting patiently impossible.
