What began as a quest for a car for my daughter became the purchase of the dream car I didn’t know I wanted. I found the Prius on Facebook Marketplace, and out of all the contacts I pursued, Jennifer was the most responsive and friendly. She even offered to meet us halfway between Hickory and Boone for a test drive. When we left that day, promising to pray and ponder the decision, we both felt like we had met a friend. Yesterday, we ventured to Boone for a pre-sale inspection at Toyota. The results were favorable, and we returned to Autobahn where Mike, Jennifer’s dad, facilitated the purchase. Enter Dieter, Jennifer’s husband, who completed the paperwork. We enjoyed the tag-teaming and personal care of a family business. I now own an economical, sleek, well-maintained silver Prius, and I have already referred a friend to Autobahn. I appreciate their genuine, personal, honest, and fair approach to sales. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great service and open communication with Jennifer and the rest of the staff in our recent purchase of a VW Beetle for my granddaughter. They were very accommodating and made things easy to finalize the purchase. They quickly resolved a small problem with a convertible top and went the extra mile to make sure we were pleased with the car.

Not even a week after I drove off the lot with an 08 Honda Fit, check engine light came on and car was stuttering at top speeds. Will need hundreds of dollars worth of repairs. Buyer beware.

When Autobahn motors did not currently have the type of car I wanted, they were willing to find one at an excellent price, with good mileage, and clean history. With some patience, I ended up with an affordable, reliable BMW that I absolutely love.
