These guys were so helpful while I was dealing with a more major car issue in a rural area that I was visiting. Fortunately, they were able to diagnose the issue and confirm the car remained drivable. They also provided a recommendation of which VW dealership would be better to contact since ultimately I need to get back to northern Ohio. So here I sit in Winston-Salem waiting for its repair. I'm grateful to have found them and that they also value safety.

Just bought a Volvo and was told that's the place to bring it to. I went right before they closed and I know that sucks, but they were still very kind. Professional and personable. This is the place I'll be returning to!

We were in a bad situation from out of town, ABS light on and ESP. Very fortunate to get to Assad's safely. Jon helped us first thing and corrected the problem within an hour. Also with phone calls after. If there is a rating of over "5" I would make it a "10"! Highly suggest to have your vehicle services at Assad's! Rick

Great owner, very nice and polite, but came to him multiple times for the same problem, never received a solution and was charged for the service. Took my car to another place and the problem was identified and fixed in one visit.

I had a great experience with Assad's! They saved me $200 on a repair I brought to them for a second opinion. They did great work in a quick timeframe. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
