I want to start by saying, I realize everybody’s entitled to their own opinion but my wife and I absolutely positively love this place. My wife and I and our two puppies went up to North Carolina in Boone to visit our family. Unfortunately, one of our puppies was already sick and we realized that we needed to put him to sleep. My aunt knew of this place, and we could not have been happier, even though it was an unbelievably sad situation. The office staff was outstanding. I wish I knew everybody’s name, from the office staff to the tech everything was outstanding this is how things of this sensitive nature should be handled. Dr. Hayes is outstanding the medications that this facility uses in this type of a procedure is incredible. The dog doesn’t feel any pain and I can’t begin to tell you how grateful my wife and I are in this sad experience that we were able to find such a professional and kind loving people in the veterinary profession my wife and I happen to live in Florida, but if we lived in Boone, we would definitely definitely use this facility You absolutely cannot go wrong with bringing your pets to this veterinarian.

The staff were tremendous with our young pup. Treats, toys, and gentle approaches put him at ease for the exam and injections. We’re so pleased that his first trip to the Vet was super positive. .

The staff is friendly and efficient. They got us in very quickly and took great care of our dog and her ear infection. And, they gave us treats to take home!

Everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I was able to stay with my pet through all procedures. They were gentle and kind. Dr. Kreis was patient and answered my questions.
They are a bit higher in some of their prices. $50.00 to use a trimer on the long hair around my cat,'s nether region seemed to be very expensive. I've never had anyone do that before, so have nothing to compare it with. Otherwise their prices were comparable.

Highly recommend this vet office. I've been taking my cat here for a little over three years and they have always been wonderful and accommodating. With a recent emergency with my cat they had made sure that he was comfortable while they were doing tests as well as giving him fluids and medicine. Amazing team from reception to the vets that work there.

Our rescue went in for spaying & we couldn’t be happier w her care. Dr Hayes & staff were very informative about the surgery & post op care. Always have a good experience here!
We were in for vaccines & as always, we were seen promptly & everyone was friendly & kind.

Although it took some time past my scheduled appointment, I was happy to get in, being from out of town. The staff was super friendly and gave the best care possible to my sick dog.
