Called yesterday and went in today to get some furnace fuel. I had a great experience. The lady that answers the phone and works the front desk is super nice, and helpful.

Top notch customer service. Jay always goes the extra mile. I use them for work and home and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Very reliable service in a difficult-to-reach area. My only quibble is a tank in which the meter never worked from day one, and Appalachian has yet to replace it after about 12 years. I can't tell how much LP is in there. But because Appalachian delivers on a regular basis, it hasn't caused problems yet.
