Sean (owner) at Appalachian Auto Glass is great! He was very responsive to my window repair request and was quickly able to order a replacement window and schedule an appointment for the replacement. Window looks great and functions properly.
After dealing with insurance issues... Sean quickly replaced the window and we had the truck back in one day.
We have used AAG in the past and we'll definitely be life-long customers!

Great professional staff and professional service. Has a convenient key drop off option. I have used this company twice and they are quick to respond, and are in communication throughout the entire process. Also they are priced very well and honest. Would use again excellent place.

Had a fantastic experience getting my windshield replaced! Scheduling an appointment was a breeze (I submitted a request through their website and was able to chat back and forth). While in the shop, they kept me up to date throughout the process and invited me to reach out if I had any questions after leaving. The installation itself turned out perfect. These guys know what customer service is all about, and it shows. I will come back for any future auto glass needs!
