Dr. Chesnutt is one of the best vets in Boone. He and his staff really care for their patients- both human and animal. They are always quick to work me in when my cat Bug isn't feeling well. The front desk workers are always kind and understanding. I think they also have the best prices in Boone. Couldn't recommend Dr. Chesnutt enough!

I will never take my dogs to any other vet. I recently rescued orphaned puppies ( 2 days old ), who had severe respiratory illnesses they got from their mom. Every other vet and hospital I took them to said they will not make it and suggested I put them down. I ended up buying an oxygen crate ( Amazon ) and Dr. Watson Called in an order for an oxygen Concentrator. All they needed was oxygen, antibiotics, calories, fluids & lots of love. They are 13 weeks old now, very strong & healthy.
This practice is also VERY affordable. They really care about animals here.
Just make sure you establish an account here before you actually need to come because they are booked out pretty far.

I recently have been bringing in my kitty, Lucy for some urinary problems. I called, told them the issues and they were able to bring her in the same day. They've been so helpful, kind and compassionate towards me and her! Their excitment when they see my cat makes me so happy. The staff is wonderful!

This place is ridiculous. The vets that have seen our two dogs are not remotely as thorough as my previous vet. They also recently declined my pets prescription because apparently she was due for a check up last month, but current on the rabies. No one ever called me to remind me or email. I called and apparently the front desk is literally incapable of calling people. They really need to revamp their management and customer service. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

I've been taking my sweet pups to this location for the past year or so. The staff there is so friendly and caring. They took really good care of my older dog when we had to euthanize him due to medical complications. I would definitely recommend this place for your pets check-ups and emergency needs.

Would highly recommend this hospital to anyone in the area needing care for their furbabies. From the front desk to the technicians and back to the doctors, they are beyond compassionate and attentive to all needs. Couldnt imagine taking our pets anywhere else again.

I’ve been going here for three years, best clinic in Boone! All the doctors are so attentive to me and my fur babies. They worked my mom’s cat in for an emergency when he was very sick and treated him as well. We are always treated with such compassion and care here. I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

The doctors here don't actually examine your dog whenever you take them in for yearly examinations, and they take them out of the room to give them the shots. This place is dishonest and if you make a complaint about how did not do an examination, they will tell you that there practice is not for you?

They were able to see my cat the same day I called. Everyone was very friendly and took great care of my cat. I didn't have to wait long and their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them

Took my boy here this morning to get eye looked at because he thought he was tougher than neighbors cat. Extremely passionate and knowledgeable staff. Excellent group from checking in to checking out.

Saw my newborn kittens on short notice for eye problems. Excellent medical care. I have been going to this veterinarian for 23 years.
