Dropped my car off for a tire repair ( just needed a tire plugged /patched) the person we spoke to said I’d be next in line. Went to eat lunch while they did it 2 hrs later never got a call come back and was told that it would be after 2 pm before they could get it in. I dropped it off at 10am.Do NOT recommend.

Alray Tire is committed to honesty, diligence and fairness. They will treat you with respect and explain things clearly. They are fair and will tell you exactly what your car needs and will not try to screw you over. The Alray crew replaced exactly the brakes, rotors, and wheel bearings that were worn and provided an estimated replacement timeframe for the other parts that still had some life left. Will happily return as long as I live in Boone. Genuinely kind and honest. 10/10

I’m a young woman who is always nervous about dealing with mechanics. My tire blew and the rest were dry-rotted, so I had to get two new front tires ASAP. I went to another place in Boone before hand and they were incredibly rude & told me there would be a 3 hour wait before I could even tell them what I needed. So, I went to Alray & it was the best thing I could have done. They fit me in without complaint, they were incredibly nice from the get-go and didn’t make me feel stupid, and they did exactly what I needed for substantially less money than I had anticipated. As long as I’m living in Boone, I’ll be going to Alray for all my car needs.

Went in to get a tire patched, they were able to get it done quickly and at a fair price, put everything back the way I left it.

There’s no other place my husband and I would even CONSIDER taking our vehicles. When my brakes and rotors were seriously in need of replacing around the holidays, they were insanely busy and Gray tried to get us in as soon as possible but the earliest appointment was still nearly two weeks out but we restricted driving unless absolutely necessary until we got it in at Alray’s. We assumed we would be replacing all four rotors in addition to the brakes and an unfortunate majority of auto repair businesses would have just went ahead and relayed that to us, we would have known no different; but the team at Alray’s are uncharacteristically honest, informing us that they only replaced 3 rotors because 1was in still in good condition. Their values and devotion to the people in their community as well as those visiting the area or just passing through set them apart and far above others in their industry. They are not motivated by the “Almighty Dollar “ and it shows in how their customers feel and in the sheer number of loyal customers they have and gain every day.

Alray Tire Center in Boone is the greatest! We bought the best all-terrain tires ever from Judd and Gray. Perfect for winter mountain driving. And such nice men to deal with! Their store lobby and bathroom are very clean and we didn't have to wait long for installation. Thank you! Amy Griffith
